https://www.foxnews.com/politics/bi...ck-in-with-them Biden administration giving cell phones to illegal immigrants 官方的說法是用來『追蹤』這些非法移民，並且有必要的話可以跟他們聯絡移民法庭相關的進度云云。照片一看，美國政府給的還不是陽春的功能手機，而是標準的智慧手機，這錢就花得更凶了，此外要是非法移民有心想要擺脫美國政府的追蹤，他們只要把手機丟了不就得了，你奈我何，他們一點也不覺得心疼。
