此外他也不敢相信美國公務系統還有這麼落伍的處理方式：

美國政府所有的公務人員退休文件處理一律是手寫處理，完全沒有資訊化，所以每個月最多只能處理約一萬名公務人員退休的作業，不過更猛的是這些文件通通都存放在一個『石灰岩礦坑』裡，DOGE把現場照片貼出來：
