資策會發言人曹元良表示，聲明是做司法認定後的說明，如果是使用在學術文章，沒有授權的問題，
資策會曾經對此做過說明...
但是要故入人罪的人不理這些，
還要拿什麼商業行為的情形出來做比喻.......真的是為了指控無所不用其極呀!!!

這期刊論文是用 CC 4.0 發表的。
其基本精神就是要不受限制地使用、分發和複製。
只要能正確引用，
就算不是用在學術文章上，
也不需要去問資策會能不能授權。
